Chicken teriyaki homemade ala Nina

Who is not familiar with the menu on this one? It feels … This menu includes one of menu favorite in one of Japan’s fast-food restaurant yaa … and includes my favorite foods too, hehehe : D 

Chicken Teriyaki ala Nina

It turned out to make their own Chicken Teriyaki at home can also be really, make it simple and easy … The result? Slightly exceeds that in the Japanese restaurant was more delicious homemade … you know …. hehehe …: D  

 Here goes the recipe yaa …;)  

Ingredients: 

500 Gr Chicken Fillet 
2 cloves garlic, crushed and finely chopped 
1 pcs onion, sliced โ€‹โ€‹thin round 
5 tablespoons bottled teriyaki sauce ready-made meals 
2 tbsp soy sauce 
1 tbsp sesame oil 
1/2 orange juice 
1 tsp salt 
1/2 teaspoon pepper 
2 tbsp oil 
200 ml water


How to Make: 

Rinse chicken fillet, then cut into cubes. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, pepper, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil. Let stand for 20 minutes. 

Winyak Heat in a pan, saute garlic and half of the chopped onions until fragrant and yellowish, enter the seasoned chicken fillets. Stir until chicken changes color and half-baked. 

Enter another half onion and water, stir again and allow it to stay a little water and a little dry. 

Once the water dries up a bit, turn off the heat and serve immediately. 

Well .. Teriyaki chicken is ready to be enjoyed …;)
